The mail that is addressed to you needs to be delivered into your mailbox for it to be read. Really it’s as simple as that and it’s a fact that we all appreciate. What we often fail to realize is that only the things that are meant for us really come our way and events or happenings that take place while we are out or not paying attention are not delivered just like the mail that goes to the wrong mailbox. Creation represents a fait accompli. Though it seems to occupy the present it was actually in transit before it arrived. There literally had to be a place in existence for that act of creation to occupy or it simply could not have happened. An opportunity really had to exist. Such a concept makes a mockery of any consideration of phases of existence namely the past, present and the future. It also makes a mockery of our existence being a matter of pure chance. A more useful concept would be to consider an intricate matrix that is all connected but is not all visible at once and is constantly evolving. The creative energy that the universe exhibits is purposeful and is certainly not a random occurrence. If you would like to create something then create a void, make an opportunity and something will be “born” to fill it. Your birth and life are examples of this principle. You are actually a part of this reality because there was a need, a void existed demanding your presence, it was indeed necessary for you to be here in this phase of reality at this moment and when it is necessary for you to be a part of another type of reality you will enter that reality as naturally as you entered this one. What is interesting is that all aspects of our existence are not constantly apparent to us, nevertheless it is possible for us to have a holistic approach to our lives so that we are not overawed by what is unseen. A simplified way of understanding this enigma is to consider being in a large building with activity taking place in several rooms. We are aware that activity is taking place throughout the building even though we are only exposed to the reality of one room at a time. Just imagine that you had an overview of the transportation system of an entire city. You would have an accurate concept of all the possible routes that each vehicle could take, you could predict events long before they happened and you would realise that the experience of any single observer would result in one individual’s past becoming the future of another. You would be able to see all the vehicles continuously. Everything would be relative and would depend on each individual’s perspective; you would realise rather remarkably that everything that has happened is right in front of you; nothing is new and nothing is old, nothing was born and nothing has died.
